Last January we had an electrical fire in our ceiling, leaving a large hole in our ceiling. By the time the firefighters were done coming in and out our Carpet was black. I was positive that we would have to replace the carpet. However Prestige came in the next day and I couldn't believe how good our carpet looked, you would never be able to tell. The house also smelled of smoke, I didn't think I would ever be able to get it out of everything, and Prestige made it so that I couldn't even smell the smoke a month later. The owner is a wonderful guy. I would recommend them to anyone :)

Called prestige to shampoo the carpets of my used home I just recently purchased. Everything in my home was lovely except a black stain on the basically white carpet. I thought it was a goner but decided to try and have them cleaned. When I saw my freshly cleaned floors there was ZERO trace of the stain and my carpets looked brand new and made my home 110% perfect again!!! Will use them again and will recommend to anyone! AND the price was affordable and actually much less than I thought it would be! So you really can't beat that!!

The service was spectacular from the first phone call. Everyone I encountered was helpful, kind, courteous and professional. The crew that cleaned a rental unit after tenants moved out were wonderful! They washed walls, cabinets, windows, floors, cleaned bathrooms, light fixtures. Everything looks fantastic! I highly recommend Prestige!
